Terms of Service

Entities: EURL Goubba Solutions & Goubba Holding SAS

These Terms of Service govern your use of all Go platforms and services.

1. Definitions

"Go" refers to the commercial brand operated by:

  • EURL Goubba Solutions — 18 Rue Djemila, Hydra 16001, Alger, Algeria (RC: 16/00-1001457B21, capital 100,000 DA) — Algerian entity
  • Goubba Holding SAS — Marseille, France — French/international entity

"User" or "you": any individual using Go services, whether for personal or professional purposes.

"Account": a secure personal space created by the User on the Go platform to access services.

"eSIM": a virtual SIM card (embedded SIM) enabling access to mobile data services via a compatible device without a physical card.

"Plan": any mobile data offer or package purchased by the User through the Go platform.

"Activation": the first connection of the eSIM to a compatible mobile network following its purchase.

"Compatible Device": any mobile device or tablet supporting eSIM technology.

"Service": all services and features provided by Go.

"Applicable Law": Algerian law n°18-07 of June 10, 2018 on personal data protection, French consumer law (Code de la consommation), and all other applicable legislation.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the conditions under which the User may access, use, and benefit from Go's services. They govern the contractual relationship between Go and the User.

By accessing or using any Go service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using Go services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Using Go services constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

These Terms are accessible at all times on our website and may be downloaded and printed.

Go recommends that you read the Terms each time you use the services, as the latest version applies to all new purchases and interactions.

4. Account Registration & Access

  • 4.1Creating an account may be required to access certain services. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • 4.2Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.
  • 4.3Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
  • 4.4Users must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their country) to create an account and purchase services.

5. Description of Services

Go offers:

  • Purchase and activation of eSIM profiles valid in over 170 countries
  • Management of a digital wallet in Algerian Dinar (DA) or international currencies
  • Payment services (bills, mobile top-ups, gift card purchases)
  • Loyalty programs with cashback and monthly rewards
  • API integration services for businesses

Go does not provide phone numbers, voice calls, or SMS services. Users may use VoIP applications (WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, etc.) where networks and local regulations permit.

6. eSIM Plan Conditions

  • 6.1Plans may only be used on a compatible device. Check compatibility at getgosim.com/compatibility before purchasing.
  • 6.2Any activated Plan is considered consumed — no refund will be granted after activation.
  • 6.3Unactivated Plans expire automatically 12 months after the purchase date with no refund.
  • 6.4Users are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchasing. Go shall not be liable for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices.
  • 6.5Network access depends on local partners and may vary by country, geographic area, and technical conditions. Go cannot guarantee network availability in all areas.
  • 6.6Data not consumed before a Plan's expiry is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

  • 7.1In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, Users may withdraw within 14 days, provided the Plan has not been activated.
  • 7.2
    No refund will be made:
    • If the eSIM has been installed or activated
    • If the validity period has expired
    • For compatibility issues unrelated to Go

8. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Use services in compliance with Algerian law, French law, and international regulations
  • Not use services for fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized commercial, or abusive purposes
  • Respect all Go policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Provide accurate information during registration and purchase
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical protection measures or access other users' accounts
  • Not resell Go services without prior written authorization

9. Account Deletion & Data Removal

In compliance with mobile platform requirements and data protection laws, users may request the deletion of their Go account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion:

  • Through the App: Log in to your Go account, navigate to Settings > Account Management > Delete Account, and follow the prompts.
  • Via Email: Send a formal request from your registered email address to support@goubba.com.

What data is deleted:

Upon verification of your request, Go will permanently remove your profile information, contact details, and any stored payment methods. Any associated eSIM profiles and unused credits will be neutralized.

Retention Policy:

Please note that Go is legally required to retain transaction records and certain KYC data for a period of up to 10 years to comply with Algerian and French financial and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This data will be securely archived and will not be used for any other purpose.

11. Personal Data

  • 11.1Go processes personal data in compliance with Algerian Law n°18-07 and applicable French/EU data protection regulations (GDPR).
  • 11.2Data collected includes: email address, phone number, payment data, device information, and connection logs.
  • 11.3Data is used for: account creation, billing, eSIM activation, internal statistics, and customer support.
  • 11.4Go does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or technical necessity.
  • 11.5Users may exercise their rights (access, modification, deletion) by contacting: support@goubba.com

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

  • Algerian law for services provided by EURL Goubba Solutions
  • French law and applicable EU regulations for services provided by Goubba Holding SAS

For disputes:

  • Algerian entity: competent courts of Algiers, Algeria
  • French entity: competent courts of Marseille, France

Before any legal action, users are invited to contact Go support to resolve the dispute amicably.
