Refund Policy

Go provides prepaid eSIM data plans that are digital products. Once an eSIM profile is installed and activated on a device, the service has been delivered and the purchase is considered final.

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following situations do NOT qualify for a refund:

  • The eSIM profile has been installed on a device (even if not yet used).
  • The eSIM data plan has been activated and data has been consumed.
  • The device is not compatible with eSIM technology.
  • The device is carrier-locked.
  • Unused data at the end of a plan's validity period.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • Promo or discounted offers.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

2.1 Technical Failure

If Go is unable to deliver the eSIM profile due to a technical error on our side within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

2.2 Non-Activated Plan

If you have NOT yet installed or activated the eSIM profile, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2.3 Duplicate Charge

Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors will be refunded in full.
