Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data from the Go ecosystem.

Before you proceed

  • All active eSIM profiles will be deactivated immediately.
  • Your Wallet balance and earned points will be lost.
  • You will lose access to your transaction history and stored rewards.

Method 1: In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Go mobile app.

  1. 1. Open the Go App
  2. 2. Go to Settings
  3. 3. Select Account Management
  4. 4. Tap Delete Account

Method 2: Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.

Send an email to our support team from your registered email address.

Request Deletion

Go processes deletion requests within 3 business days. Please note that certain transaction and KYC data must be retained for up to 10 years to comply with financial and AML regulations.
